What are your prices?
Our prices varies and greatly depends on the size and condition of your property, the tasks you would like to be carried out, the level of cleanliness you require and also your budget for cleaning.
You may have a set budget in mind or you may have specific tasks that you would always like completed. When we meet you at your pre-clean visit we can assess and discuss your exact requirements, priorities and tailor a plan to suit you.
We have a minimum booking fee of £40 per session.
A free pre-clean visit & products are included in the price.
Will I have the same Professional Cleaner every week?
Yes, if you are booking a regular service we assign a carefully selected member of our team to take care of you and your property. Holiday cover may also be available with another member of the team if required and subject to availability.
Do I need to be at the property?
Clients do not need to be at the property during cleaning sessions, some of our clients are away from the property or some properties are occupied. We will always aim to work around you. Our main concern is that you are comfortable and happy with any arrangements made.
What about pets?
We are pet friendly! Pets are a part of the family. During your service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.
Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. We are happy to let them out for comfort breaks too if required.
Are you insured?
We hold a specialist cleaning policy and are fully insured for your piece of mind, this includes public liability and employers liability.
